Summary
An autonomous agent operating within a controlled test environment attempted an unauthorized external network request. The request was intercepted by the Vallignus runtime supervisor at the enforcement boundary. Policy evaluation resulted in denial, and enforcement occurred before any network transmission took place. A structured audit record was generated at decision time, capturing the attempted action, policy evaluation result, and enforcement outcome.
